Most of you know my problems with PETA. They are vast and numerous, but sometimes you just have to put aside your differences for a common cause.
PETA is offering a reward for anybody who can identify a sick bitch who killed a litter of puppies and posted the video online. I didn’t bother watching the video because I knew it would depress me and send me into a rage, and I’ve been in a good mood today. But the description was enough to make me sick.
With school and work I’ve been too busy to hear about this until today, but I thought it bears repeating.
And one way I know animals are better than humans? A predator might kill you for food if he’s hungry, but he’s not going to drown you and your entire family for a laugh.
I always think of this song when I see sissy Emo boys swishing their wrists around when asking girls out.
This video reminds me of Montana and the way the sky would change colors as time got closer to sundown. And the music reminds me of my dreams.

You know that project I wanted to do? The one that involved drawing a Las Almejas comic? Yeah… like most of my ideas it went nowhere. So I’m forced to create my characters with the Scott Pilgrim character generator:

If I did do my own comic, they might look kind of like this. But I’d hope I’d have my own style. I loved Scott Pilgrim, but I don’t want to rip it off, obviously. But overall, they turned out pretty well. Funny, I don’t think I ever gave Fiona a permanent last name. Well, that has changed. I’m sure when I come up with one I like better it will change it. Without explanation. And the floating storyline will remain intact. Huzzah!
The only things I’d change would be 1) Lauren would have Lisa Loeb glasses. Sadly the character generator did not allow for this. And 2) Lauren and Jennifer would be a lot curvier. They’re Mexican chicas, not skinny white girls! They have big butts, and hips, and big booooo-beeees and yet slim waists. But overall, close enough. They also probably have darker skin, but I had a hard time coming up with realistic skin tone in the generator as well. Fiona is a natural redhead. Again, maybe not the most realistic hair color, but it’s not dyed.
So, now you know what the barely legal punk rock heroes of El Paso look like.
