I read Bob’s autobiography earlier this month. It’s a pretty interesting (and great) read, though uncomfortable at times (and not because of the gay stuff). Thankfully Bob seems a lot happier these days than when he was younger.

I love YouTube today because I found the full length (all 11 minutes!) of Type O’s “Bloody Kisses (A Death in the Family).” RIP, Mr. Steele!
Maybe the band with the grossest name ever, but I love this sludgy metal stuff.
Another 180! 60s bubblegum pop is one of my favorite genres and few do it better than Herman’s Hermits.
I dig this old school thrash stuff.
OK, 180 degree turn time!
Paramore lost two of its members and releases a new song that sounds just like the old stuff. More proof that Paramore is not a band, but Hayley Williams and whoever is backing her up at the time. And thank God for that. Hayley is probably the best female vocalist of the past 10 years. […]
OK, here is another modern day country song I really like. It actually sounds more country than most other country music songs of recent years.
OK, I’m not always one for modern day country music, but damn I really like this song. Also, it’ll be interesting to see if having a tag of “teenage daughters” means I’ll get found via creepy and scary Google searches.
Sara Quinn only wishes she had a tenth the talent this gentleman does.
One of those lost love songs that always gets me.
Happy fourth of July, kids!
