No offense to Michael Stipe, but he should allow Mike Mills to sing more often. Texarkana is easily the best song on Out of Time and one of my all-time favorite songs.
If you haven’t noticed, I’ve been alternating between cartoon girls and real girls from month to month. I’ve kept this month mostly humanoids, but I had to include this cartoon.
