How are progressives promoting their cause? through stupid t-shirts, of course! Che is no longer selling so now we have “F*ck Tea” shirts.

the Agenda Project, a new, progressive group with roots in New York’s fundraising scene and a goal of strengthening the progressive movement, has launched the “F*ck Tea” project, which is aimed, the group’s founder Erica Payne wrote in an e-mail this morning, “to dismiss the tea party and promote the progressive cause.”

Yes, because putting “fuck” before your target is really a way to “fight back” and spread support for your cause. I wonder if Barry and Michelle will wear these shirts on their next vacation? Or maybe they can wear them when stumping for Dem candidates. Barry can even cut a “Fuck the Tea Party, vote Democrat” PSA to play on TV.

I’ve said before that liberals are obsessed with things most normal (working) people wouldn’t give a second thought. They also seem to have a deep, deep obsession with pointless profanity. Which is fine, so am I. But it’s as if they never got past that day when they were 13 and shocked mom and dad by dropping the f-bomb at the dinner table. It gave them teh power, yo! Never mind that “fuck” doesn’t have any real power now that it’s said hundreds of times each hour on HBO, or multiple times in every song on the radio.

With desperate tactics like this, I am looking forward to election day more and more each passing day.
